This Agreement defines the terms of use by users of the materials and services of the website mytravelring.com, located at the domain name mytravelring.com (as well as its subdomains).
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. “Website mytravelring.com” (hereinafter – the Website) – a set of interrelated web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): mytravelring.com, as well as its subdomains.
1.2. “Website Administration” (hereinafter – the Administration) – authorized employees responsible for managing the Website, who organize and/or ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
1.3. “Subdomains” – pages or a group of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Website, as well as other temporary pages that display the Administration’s contact information at the bottom.
1.4. “User of the Website” (hereinafter – the User) – a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the Website.
2. General Conditions
2.1. The use of the materials and services of the Website is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to have accepted this Agreement.
2.3. The Administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time unilaterally. Such changes come into force three (3) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must stop accessing the Website and cease using its materials and services.
3. Obligations of the User
3.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be regarded as violating the legislation of the Russian Federation or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Website and its services.
3.2. The use of Website materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). To lawfully use the Website materials, it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses) from the copyright holders.
3.3. When quoting materials from the Website, including copyrighted works, a reference to the Website is required (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
3.4. User comments and other entries on the Website must not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation or generally accepted moral and ethical standards.
3.5. The User is informed that the Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources whose links may be contained on the Website.
3.6. The User agrees that the Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages related to any Website content, copyright registration and related information, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources, or other contacts the User has entered into using information or links posted on the Website.
3.7. The User accepts that all materials and services of the Website, or any part of them, may contain advertising. The User agrees that the Administration is not responsible and has no obligations in connection with such advertising.
3.8. By accepting and agreeing to the terms of this User Agreement, the User also accepts the provisions stated in the Privacy Policy on personal data, available at: https://mytravelring.com/politika
4. Other Conditions
4.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing between the User and the Administration agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
4.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of this Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
4.4. The inaction of the Administration in case of violation by any User of the provisions of this Agreement shall not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and copyrights on the materials of the Website protected by law.
