On October 19th, an interesting event took place in Pattaya – the new shopping center Terminal 21 opened. There are only 3 such complexes in Thailand. Thanks to this construction, Pattaya is becoming the true shopping capital of the country.
Address, Opening Hours
The new shopping center is located at the intersection of 2nd Road and North Pattaya Road (Pattaya Nuea). From Jomtien, you can get there by tuk-tuk (songthaew) without transfers.
The complex is open from 11 AM to 11 PM. No days off.
Shops at Terminal 21
Terminal 21 is fully occupied. Here you will find brands that were not yet in Pattaya, such as NYX. Many local designer boutiques will delight you with unusual items.
Don’t doubt the food; there is practically everything here, from simple cuisine to specific dishes like durian pizza. It is simply impossible to stay hungry. Many restaurants to suit every taste and budget delight visitors.
The Grand Centre Point Hotel, located on the complex grounds, deserves special attention. Excellent location and beautiful views are already attracting tourists. The hotel has a mini water park. It is only accessible to guests staying at the hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on the 3rd floor with a view of the bay.
Floors, Stylization
The shopping center building has 6 floors. Each of them is dedicated to a separate country. A plane stands in front of the entrance, and the escalators and signs are reminiscent of an airport.
The G Floor is dedicated to France, Paris
The main part of the boutiques here are girl-focused. There are many cosmetic products for skin and hair, clothing, and shoes.
The H&M store in the shopping center is much larger than the one in Central Festival. It also has sports and youth sections, which were not available in Pattaya before. The two-story Uniqlo has a huge assortment. The popular brand Jaspal is also located on the G floor. Among the new additions on this floor is NYX with an excellent selection of decorative cosmetics.
The M Floor reflects the culture of London
The most interesting features here are the second floors of H&M and Uniqlo. There are also many sports boutiques and a large Foodland supermarket.
1st Floor – Italy, Venice
If you need phones, accessories, or electronics, this is the place for you. Banks and jewelry stores are also located here.

- Sizzler, which will delight you with a variety of pizza;
- KFS (KFC), fried chicken and french fries are a must;
- Starbucks for lovers of good coffee.
One cannot overlook the local favorite, ChaTraMue. Thai tea (hot, cold, or frappe) and strong coffee gather a crowd at the counter.

- Nike;
- Crocs;
- Calvin Klein;

Baskin Robbins and others.
The 3rd floor also has a huge food court where money is first loaded onto a card, which is then used to pay for food, drinks, and desserts. The remaining balance is given back in cash at the exit.
4th Floor – Hollywood
The cinema-related attraction here is the SFX movie theater. Films are shown in Thai or English. A cinema ticket costs from 100 ( 3.08 USD) to 900 Baht ( 27.70 USD) depending on the viewer’s seat.
This is the floor for entertainment and activities.
According to reviews, Terminal 21 is not only the largest shopping center in Pattaya but also hosts a huge variety of photo zones.
