This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the website mytravelring.com, located at the domain name mytravelring.com (as well as its subdomains), may obtain about the User while using the website mytravelring.com (as well as its subdomains), its software, and its products.

1. Definition of Terms
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Website mytravelring.com” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) — a collection of interrelated web pages located on the Internet at the unique URL: mytravelring.com, as well as its subdomains.
1.1.2. “Website Administration” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) — authorized employees who manage the Website, organize and/or perform the processing of personal data, determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.3. “Subdomains” — pages or a collection of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Website, as well as other temporary pages containing contact information of the Administration at the bottom.
1.1.4. “Personal Data” — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (the subject of personal data).
1.1.5. “Processing of Personal Data” — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.6. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” — a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any person who has access to personal data not to disclose or distribute them without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.7. “Website User” (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the Website.
1.1.8. “Cookies” — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.9. “IP Address” — a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User gains access to the Website.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The User’s use of the Website means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Website does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Website.
2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration regarding the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides upon request from the Administration when submitting messages via feedback forms, online chat, registration on the Website, or subscription to an email newsletter.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User through completing forms on the Website and may include:
- The User’s last name, first name, and patronymic
- The User’s contact phone number
- The User’s email address
- The User’s place of residence (if necessary)
- The User’s photo (if necessary)
3.3. The Website protects data that are automatically transmitted when visiting its pages:
- IP address
- Information from cookies
- Browser information
- Access time
- Referrer (address of the previous page)
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Website that require authorization.

5.5. The Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User has the right to:
- Freely decide whether to provide their personal data necessary for Website use and consent to their processing
- Update or supplement the provided personal data if changes occur
- Request from the Administration information regarding the processing of their personal data, demand clarification, blocking, or deletion of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained data, or data unnecessary for stated purposes. Such requests can be sent via the contact email.
6.2. The Administration shall:
- Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy
- Keep confidential information secret and not disclose it without the User’s prior written consent, nor sell, exchange, or distribute it otherwise, except as provided in clause 5.2
- Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data using generally accepted security practices
- Block personal data related to the User upon request from the User or an authorized body during verification of inaccurate data or unlawful actions
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 7.2.
7.2. The Administration shall not be liable for the loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:
- Became public before its loss or disclosure
- Was received from a third party before it was obtained by the Administration
- Was disclosed with the User’s consent
7.3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation, including advertising, copyright, and trademark laws, and for the content of the materials provided.
7.4–7.9. The User acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any information and intellectual property materials accessible through the Website, including restrictions on copying or modification.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes between the User and the Administration, a pre-trial claim procedure (written or electronic proposal for voluntary settlement) is mandatory.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results within 30 calendar days of receipt.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of Kiev, Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
9. Additional Provisions
9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise specified in the new version.
