How do you cook? This depends on the restaurant. Most places offer boiling options, while only some allow grilling. Every table is usually equipped with built-in mukatas and barbecue grills.

Additionally, ready-made side dishes or broths are often offered, making it easier for beginners. Some buffets operate on an unlimited basis: you pay once, and there is no limit on how long you stay or how much you eat.

Raw ingredients for future dishes

In many restaurants, visit time is strictly limited, usually up to 90 minutes. If you exceed the time, you pay a fine equal to the buffet price. Beginners should stick to simple dishes or choose ready-made options. For an extra fee, you can hire a professional chef.

Buffet operating hours are generally divided into two groups: all day (from 11:00 to 23:00) and evenings only (from around 17:00 to 23:00).

Soft drinks are sometimes free. Their selection is wide — sodas, cocktails, juices, coffee, and tea. Alcoholic beverages range from beer and wine to stronger spirits.
